James E. Tucker, Founder and CEO

Jim has extensive experience in marketing leadership roles for subscription and membership-based organizations. He is also very knowledgeable about marketing systems and all aspects of marketing data, in particular email and customer journeys. Past and present clients include Time, Inc., Reader's Digest, This Old House, Cricket Media, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The BBC, Active Interest Media, and many more. Prior to forming IMT, Jim was the founding Consumer Marketing Director of Health Magazine and worked closely with three members of The DMA Hall of Fame. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

 
 

Tom Lodewick, VP of Data Analysis

Tom leads the design, development and implementation of databases that support client analytics and operations.   He is focused on understanding a client’s businesses first, then delivering products that are specifically tailored to their needs.

Tom graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business. Prior to joining IMT, he worked as a quantitative asset manager at PanAgora and as a modeler for Petersen Publishing in New York. He also earned a certificate in the Radcliffe Publishing Course.

 
 

Therese Lodewick, VP Account Management / Senior Data Analyst

Therese has more than 25 years of experience specialized in the publishing industry and data analytics. Her expertise touches all facets of our operation including client support, marketing report generation, data analysis, and data auditing.

Her primary focus is on data collection, integration, processing, and extraction. She works closely with our clients going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Therese received her B.S. and M.B.A. from Fordham University.

 
 

Caren Taché, Senior Data Analyst

Caren has 15 + years experience working as a software developer across a wide range of industries.  In more recent years she has concentrated her efforts in data analytics.  She applies the combination of these skills to consistently find new ways to improve and customize our services to meet the needs of our clients.
